摘要
进入 21 世纪以来,随着组织间和组织内部竞争的加剧,组织成员的痛苦成为工作场所的普遍现象.在此背景下,关爱他人逐渐成为积极心理学领域的一个重要研究主题.在厘清关爱他人概念和测量的基础上,从影响因素、作用效果和理论依据等方面对关爱他人的现有研究成果进行了梳理,并指出未来研究应从概念界定、量表开发、前因挖掘、研究设计优化、边界条件探索和理论依据探寻等方面着手,进一步完善和拓展关爱他人的研究成果.
Abstract
Since the beginning of the 21st century,with the intensifying of competition between and within organizations,suffering is pervasive in the workplace.Under this background,compassion for others has gradually become an important research topic in the field of positive psychology.On the basis of clarifying the concept and measurement of compassion for others,the existing research results of compassion for others have been reviewed from the aspects of antecedents,consequences and theoretical basis.It indicates that future research should start from the aspects of concept definition,scale development,antecedent mining,research design optimization,boundary condition exploration,and theoretical basis seeking,so as to further improve and expand the research results of compassion for others.
