基于元分析的中小学生主观幸福感影响因素研究

摘要
主观幸福感是个体对其总体生活质量的综合评价.中小学生具备高水平的主观幸福感有利于促进其快乐学习,提高其学习动机与学习效率.采用元分析方法,对我国中小学生主观幸福感影响因素的30篇文献进行综合分析,结果显示:我国中小学生的主观幸福感整体状况较好.个体因素对主观幸福感的影响程度最高,且呈正向影响;父母教养方式、社会支持和生活事件作为主要的外部影响因素,既有正向影响也有负向影响.具体来说,个体因素中的心理韧性的正向影响程度最高,生活事件中的人际关系的负向影响程度最高.不同研究对象对少数因素有显著的调节作用,个体因素中的自尊、核心自我评价对高中生和小初学生主观幸福感的影响有显著差异;不同调查地区没有显著的调节作用,各因素对我国东部地区和中西部地区中小学生主观幸福感的影响没有显著差异.
Abstract
Subjective well-being is an individual's comprehensive assessment of his or her overall quality of life.A high level of primary and secondary school students'subjective well-being is conducive to promoting their happy learning and improving their motivation and learning efficiency.Using meta-analysis,30 pieces of literature on the influencing factors of subjective well-being of primary and secondary school students in China are comprehensively analyzed,and the results show that the overall condition of subjective well-being of primary and secondary school students in China is good.Individual factors have the highest degree of influence on subjective well-being and are positively influenced;parenting style,social support and life events,as the main external influences,have both positive and negative effects.Specifically,the highest degree of positive influence is resilience,and the highest degree of negative influence is interpersonal relationships.Different survey subjects have significant moderating effects on a few factors,and there is a significant difference between the effects of self-esteem and core self-evaluation on the subjective well-being of high school students and elementary and junior high school students;there is no significant moderating effect across different survey regions,and there is no significant difference between the effects of the factors on the subjective well-being of elementary and junior high school students in the eastern region of China and in the central and western regions of China.
