摘要

自我效能感对个体的心理健康及个人发展发挥着极其重要的作用.通过探究大学生品格优势与自我效能感的关系,从积极心理学视角探讨自我效能感提升新路径.以 349 名大学生为研究对象,采用"一般自我效能感量表"和"品格优势评估问卷"进行调查.结果发现:24 项品格优势与一般自我效能感呈显著正相关(r=0.25~0.61,P<0.001),多元回归分析发现,洞察力、创造力、领导力、自律和判断力能够显著正向预测一般自我效能感(多元回归系数 β=0.095,0.147,0.091,0.049,0.055).因此,培养和提升洞察力、创造力、领导力、自律和判断力品格优势,能够有效增强大学生的一般自我效能感.

Abstract

Self-efficacy plays an extremely important role in individual's mental health and personal development.By exploring the relationship between college students'character strengths and self-efficacy,new paths to enhance self-efficacy can be explored from a positive psychological perspective.A total of 349 college students are used to investigate the general self-efficacy scale and character strengths assessment questionnaire.It has been found that 24 character strengths are significantly positively correlated with general self-efficacy(r=0.25-0.61,P<0.001).Multiple regression analysis finds that insight,creativity,leadership,self-discipline,and judgment could significantly predict general self-efficacy positively(multiple regression coefficient β=0.095,0.147,0.091,0.049,0.055).It indicates that cultivating and enhancing the strengths of insight,creativity,leadership,self-discipline,and judgment can effectively enhance the general self-efficacy of college students.
