摘要

教育研习是教师引导师范生运用理论知识对教育实践中存在的问题进行研究的过程.以石家庄学院为例,基于产出导向教育(OBE)理念对师范院校中化学教育研习实践模式进行探索和效果研究,通过线上-线下混合式教学及多维评价形式相结合,创新教育研习实践形式和评价模式,并对实践效果进行量化验证.该实践模式对提高教育研习质量、加强师范生教育研究能力具有积极的现实意义.

Abstract

Education study is a process in which teachers guide normal students to apply theoretical knowledge to study the problems that exist in educational practice.This article takes Shijiazhuang University as an example to explore and study the effectiveness of chemistry education training practice models in normal universities based on the OBE concept.By combining online and offline blended teaching with multidimensional evaluation forms,innova-tive educational training practice and evaluation models are innovated,and the practical effects are quantitatively verified.This practical model has positive practical significance in improving the quality of educational research and strengthening the educational research ability of normal university students.
