区块链技术驱动下共享住宿项目参与主体决策研究

以一个共享住宿项目为研究对象,构建了仅向房东收取佣金(H模式)、仅向房客收取佣金(C模式)以及分别向房东和房客收取佣金(M模式)三种模式下基于区块链技术的共享住宿平台决策模型.结果表明:当使用区块链技术时,绝大多数情况下,共享住宿平台选择H模式;而不使用区块链技术情况下,当佣金率设置较低时,共享住宿平台选择H模式,而当佣金率设置较高时,共享住宿平台选择C模式.随着佣金率的提高,共享住宿项目的社会福利随之降低.相对于不使用区块链技术的情形,使用区块链技术时,共享住宿项目的社会福利更高.当佣金率较低时,H模式下社会福利最高;当佣金率较高时,C模式下社会福利最高.
Research on Decision-making of Participants in Shared Accommodation Project Driven by Blockchain Technology
Taking a shared accommodation project as the research object,a decision model of the shared accommodation platform based on blockchain technology is constructed under three modes:charging commission only to the landlord(H mode),charging commission only to the tenant(C mode),and charging commission respectively to the landlord and the tenant(M mode).The results show that,when the blockchain technology is used,the sharing accommodation platform chooses H mode in most cases.Without the use of blockchain technology,when the commission rate is set low,the shared accommodation platform chooses the H mode,and when the commission rate is set high,the shared accommodation platform chooses the C mode.As commission rates increase,the social benefits of shared housing programs decrease.Compared with the situation without the use of blockchain technology,the social welfare of shared accommodation projects under the use of blockchain technology is higher.When the commission rate is low,the social welfare is the highest in H mode.When the commission rate is higher,the social welfare is the highest in mode C.
