摘要
县域在党的组织结构和国家政权结构中处在承上启下的关键位置,县域治理是国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的关键节点.改革开放初期,正定县在习近平同志的领导下进行了一系列县域治理的实践探索,形成了一整套县域治理的路径和方法,留下了宝贵的思想财富、精神财富和实践成果.在当前的县域治理实践中,要传承弘扬这些财富和成果,从中汲取智慧和力量,从而进一步提升县域治理效能,加快推进县域治理现代化.
Abstract
County is in a key position in the Party's organizational structure and state power structure,and county governance is a key node in the modernization of state governance system and governance capacity.In the early days of reform and opening up,Zhengding conducts a series of practical explorations on county governance guided by Xi Jinping,forming a complete set of paths and methods for county governance,which leaves us valuable intellectual wealth,spiritual wealth,and practical achievements.In the current practice of county governance,it is necessary to inherit and promote these wealth and achievements,drawing wisdom and strength from it to further enhancing the efficiency of county governance and accelerating the modernization of county governance.
