Study on Construction of High-quality U-G-I-S-C Teacher Education Model
The U-G-I-S-C teacher education model can meet the needs of the integrated development of teacher education,the needs of universities and elementary school to realize their common interests and maximize their advantages,and the needs of realizing the Chinese-style modernization and the construction of a strong educational country to cultivate excellent primary and secondary school teachers.To further improve the quality of teacher education in China,the operational strategy of the U-G-I-S-C teacher education model can be optimized from the following aspects:clarifying the concept of cooperation and common interests to shift the cooperative relationship from loose to symbiotic;establishing an equal consultation and efficient working mechanism,and moving result from a one-man operation to a win-win situation;jointly developing education as a cause of love,and moving from a union of interests to a fusion of cultures;enhancing the technological empowerment to facilitate the development of teacher training from a fractured approach to an all-around,immersive,and evidence-based process;improving the safeguard mechanism to bring together the great synergy of all organizations.
