摘要
职业农民是我国农业现代化的主力军.从资产建设角度看,职业农民的资产建设对乡村振兴、现代农业高质量发展和职业农民的持续发展都有重要作用.但是现有职业农民在资产建设方面存在不足,表现为土地资产扩张难、金融资产不足、人力资本有限和社会资本匮乏.为解决这一问题,需要结合我国实际,通过建立土地流转机制、开展金融专项扶持计划、设立现代农民职业教育体系、扩大职业农民社会关系网络和提升职业影响力等措施进行赋能,以推动职业农民资产建设,助力职业农民的可持续发展.
Abstract
Professional farmers are the main force of the modernization of China's agriculture.According to asset building theory,asset building for professional farmers plays a significant role in rural revitalization,the high-quality development of modern agriculture,and the sustainable development of these farmers themselves.However,they encounter challenges in asset building,including difficulties in expanding land assets,a scarcity of financial assets,constraints on human capital,and a deficiency in social capital.To address these issues,it is necessary to combine with the actual situation in China and empower professional farmers through measures such as establishing a land transfer mechanism,carrying out financial special support programs,instituting a modern vocational education system for farmers,expanding the social network of professional farmers,and enhancing their professional influence in order to promote the asset construction o professional farmers and help them achieve sustainable development.
