Improving Efficiency of Grassroots Governance in Hebei Province by Applying"Fengqiao Experience"
The emergence and development of"Fengqiao experience"are closely related to the change and development of main contradictions,governance concepts,economic forms,and science technological level.In the new era,the"Fengqiao experience"should adhere to the practical logic of autonomy,rule of law,integration of morality and governance,and joint governance and sharing among grassroots parties under the leadership of the state.There are difficulties in the grassroots governance of Hebei Province,such as incomplete party building mechanisms,inadequate burden reduction,inadequate team building,and overlapping social conflicts.Therefore,it is necessary to reduce the burden on the grassroots government and village committees and make room for them to solve mass issues;give full play to the leading role of grassroots party building,with grassroots party organizations as the core,and leverage the entire grassroots social transformation;take multiple measures to strengthen the construction of grassroots cadres,while exploring capable individuals in communities and rural areas;solidly promote the construction of grassroots democracy,explore and innovate mechanisms for resolving grassroots conflicts and disputes,and promote grassroots governance through community conventions and village rules and regulations;Release technological energy and achieve shared interconnection between administrative management and people's lives.
