大学生发展核心素养需要在能量丰富的社会化养成生态体系的滋养中得以唤醒、激发和生长。该养成体系强调在宏观文化生态、中观社会育人生态和微观学校育人生态3个层面,充分发挥政府、家庭、社会和学校的作用,形成多元协同效应,从根本上破解学生核心素养教育知晓度低、落地难、提升难三大难题。
On the Cultivation System Construction of Key Competences of College Students'Development from Ecological Perspective
The development of core competencies among college students needs to be awakened,stimulated,and grown in the nourishment of a vitalized socialized cultivation ecosystem.This cultivation system emphasizes that it fully leverages the roles of the government,families,society and schools on three levels:macro cultural ecology,meso social education ecology,and micro school education ecology,to form a diverse synergistic effect,and fundamentally solve the three major problems of low awareness,difficulty in landing,and difficulty in improvement.
