The Inner Logic and Innovative Path of Rural Industrial Revitalization from the Perspective of Digital Empowerment
Promoting the high-quality development of rural characteristic industries is the only way to achieve rural revitalization.Empowering and promoting rural industrial revitalization with digital technology has become an important proposition and inevitable trend in the new era.Based on the per-spective of digital empowerment analysis,the innovation path problem of rural industrial revitalization has been researched and solved.The study found that the revitalization of digital enabled rural indus-try benefited from the top-level design of the grass-roots government,the establishment of a risk sup-porting mechanism,and the promotion of digital infrastructure construction and the improvement of big data operation capability.There are still problems such as the slow process of digital construction,the lack of digital professionals,the inadequate digital information sharing mechanism,and the limited capacity of"digital"industry governance.Based on this,innovative paths are proposed:continuously improving the connotation of digital infrastructure construction,continuously enhancing the ability to build a digital talent team,reasonably optimizing the information sharing mechanism for industrial de-velopment,and promoting high-quality development of rural industrial revitalization through innova-tion driven"digital"governance capabilities in four dimensions.
