A Detailed Study on the Institutional Construction of Farmers'Participation in Rural Governance under the Background of High-quality Development:Based on a Survey of 3 Villages in S City,Anhui Province
Rural area is an important position of grassroots governance in China.It is of practical significance for rural governance to enhance the refinement level of farmers'participation in the con-struction of rural governance system.Under the background of high-quality development,based on the investigation of the institutional construction of three villages in S City,Anhui Province,the re-search found that in the specific practice process,there have been cold desertification participation,in-stitutional dislocation,non-institutional participation,traditional local consciousness decline and other phenomena.Therefore,it is necessary to cultivate the consciousness of governance subject of villag-ers,standardize the subject of power practice,improve village rules and regulations,guide villagers to participate in an orderly manner,and reawaken the consciousness of rural home at the same time,so that the villagers'self-governance can operate under the appropriate institutional conditions.
