Research evaluation in universities is an important aspect of educational evaluation re-form.How to construct a more reasonable system of research evaluation and utilize information tech-nology to promote the reform of research evaluation management,is a key concern for research man-agement departments in universities.Taking Shijiazhuang Tiedao University as an example,this pa-per optimizes institutional construction,improves workflow,continuously promotes the transforma-tion of research evaluation concepts,innovation in methods,and reform of systems and mechanisms.We established a function-rich,practical research evaluation service platform,achieving efficient and objective research evaluation processes and outcomes.The resulting advanced experiences are replica-ble and can serve as valuable references for similar institutions.
