The Realistic Dilemma and Path of Rural Revitalization under the Dual Circulation
In the face of the complex international environment and the realistic vision of high-qual-ity domestic economic development,the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China will build a new development pattern as an important content and a major strategic decision to achieve rural revitalization.At present,Chinese society is undergoing a transformation from poverty alleviation to overcome absolute poverty to rural revitalization to overcome relative poverty.Through in-depth stud-y of the internal logical relationship and operating mechanism between the new development pattern and rural revitalization,and from the perspective of the new development pattern,the rural revitaliza-tion process will be analyzed in this paper.Realistic dilemmas such as the lack of outstanding advanta-ges in the development of middle and high-end industries,the need to improve the function of rural circulation to connect production and consumption,and the governance of relative poverty in rural are-as were discussed in depth,and then it was proposed to strengthen independent innovation capabili-ties,promote the construction of logistics industry clusters with the help of emerging technologies,and build a relatively poor exploring long-term mechanisms for governance and narrowing the urban-rural data information gap are not only conducive to the smooth implementation of the rural revitaliza-tion strategy,but also have important practical significance for the high-quality development of our country's economy.
