健康老龄化背景下智慧养老服务体系优化研究

摘要
近年来,我国人口老龄化程度进一步加深,积极应对人口老龄化推进养老服务体系建设已上升为国家战略,随着"互联网+"、人工智能等网络信息技术在老年健康服务中的应用和推广,智慧养老服务体系的发展越来越成为我国社会解决养老服务不足,实现健康老龄化的重要途径.通过分析我国智慧养老服务体系发展现状、存在问题及其根源,针对性地提出了智慧养老服务体系的优化构建需通过加强对智慧养老服务的引导和宣传、建立智慧养老服务产品标准、提升老年人的信息素养、积极研发和推广智慧养老服务产品、推进智慧养老服务进社区、强化养老人才培养力度等途径,将智慧养老理念和技术融入到养老服务体系之中,尽力满足老年人的实际养老服务需求,以实现党和国家提出的健康老龄化的目标.
Abstract
In recent years,the population ageing level of our country has been further deepened.Active responding to the population ageing,promoting the construction of the old-age service system has become a national strategy.With the application and popularization of"Internet +",artificial intelligence and other net-work information technology in the elderly health service,the development of smart elderly care service sys-tem is increasingly becoming an important way for China's society to solve the shortage of elderly care services and achieve healthy aging.By analyzing the current situation,existing problems and their root causes of China's intelligent old-age service system,it pointed out that the optimization of the intelligent old-age service sys-tem should be achieved by strengthening the guidance and publicity of the intelligent old-age service,establis-hing the product standards of the intelligent old-age service,improving the information literacy of the elderly,active developing and popularizing the intelligent old-age service products,active promoting the intelligent old-age service into the community,and strengthening the training of the talents for the aged,in order to realize the goal of healthy aging put forward by the Party and the state,the idea and technology of intelligent old-age care are integrated into the old-age service system.
