"以学生为中心"的教育理念在思想政治理论课中的探索与实践

思想是行为的先导,坚持不同的教育理念将在教学过程中形成不同的师生关系,进而影响教学效果."以学生为中心"的教育理念体现了思政课的大爱情怀与课程本质,将其有效运用于思政课中既是深化习近平总书记关于思政课建设重要论述的必然要求,也是激发思政课改革活力的迫切要求、引导青年学生成长成才的现实需要.在坚持"立德树人"这一根本任务的基础上,要深刻领会"以学生为中心"教育理念的科学内涵.在思政课教学中,有效发挥教师的主导作用,尊重学生主体地位,促成师生间的"异向交往".基于此,组建师生互动、生生互助的学习共同体,以此提升思政课的吸引力、感染力,充分调动学生的积极性、主动性、创造性.
Exploration and Practice of the Educational Concept of"Student-centered"in Ideological and Political Theory Courses
Thought is the precursor of behavior,and adhering to different educational concepts will form different teacher-student relationships in the teaching process,thereby affecting teaching effec-tiveness.On the basis of adhering to the fundamental task of"cultivating morality and cultivating tal-ents",it is necessary to deeply understand the scientific connotation of the"student-centered"educa-tional concept.In the teaching of ideological and political courses,teachers should effectively play a guiding role,respect students'subjective status,and promote"opposite communication"between teachers and students.Based on this,a learning community with teacher-student interaction and mu-tual assistance between students should be established in order to enhance the attractiveness and infec-tivity of ideological and political courses,and fully mobilize students'enthusiasm,initiative and crea-tivity.
