河北省高等教育投入与经济增长耦合协调研究

摘要
基于 2008-2020 年河北省高等教育与区域经济发展数据,构建河北省高等教育投入系统与经济增长系统协同发展的评价指标体系,运用耦合协调模型对两个系统进行实证分析.结果表明:从综合评价指数来看,河北省高等教育投入与经济增长两个系统均呈上升趋势.从耦合协调关系来看,河北省 2008-2020 年两个系统的耦合协调关系依次表现为高等教育投入系统滞后型、经济增长系统滞后型、高等教育投入系统滞后型、经济增长系统滞后型.从耦合协调程度来看,两个系统的耦合协调性愈发加强,耦合协调等级提升至优质协调水平.基于此,河北省应加大高等教育投入力度,同时统筹两者协调发展以及兼顾关联因素对两者的影响效力.
Abstract
Based on the data of higher education and regional economic development in Hebei Prov-ince from 2008 to 2020,the evaluation index system for the coordinated development of higher educa-tion investment system and economic growth system in Hebei Province is constructed,and the two systems are analyzed effectively.The results show that from the comprehensive point of evaluation in-dex,the higher education investment and economic growth in Hebei Province are on the rise.From the perspective of coupling and coordination relationship,the coupling and coordination relationship between the two systems from 2008 to 2020 in Hebei Province is successively manifested in the lagging type of higher education input system,economic growth system,higher education input system and e-conomic growth system.From the perspective of the degree of coupling coordination,the coupling co-ordination of the two systems is increasingly strengthened,and the level of coupling coordination is improved to the high-quality coordination level.Based on this,Hebei Province should increase the in-vestment in higher education,and coordinate the coordinated development of the two and take the in-fluence of related factors on the two into account.
