At present,science and technology investment has become an important measure to at-tract new quality productive forces and innovation-driven regional high-quality development.Taking the science and technology investment as the research object,based on the analysis of the necessity and significance of science and technology investment,this paper summarized the main characteristics of science and technology investment from the aspects of target object,implementation subject,main measures implementation path and influencing factors,summarized the typical models of science and technology investment into three types:Portrait mode,Landscape mode and Cross regional mode.Then,taking the practice of science and technology investment in Yutian of Tangshan as an example,the main practice and implementation effect of science and technology investment are summarized from the aspects of clearing the direction of industrial development,strengthening the top-level design,in-novation elements coordination and linkage,opening up the sinking channel of provincial and munici-pal.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to provide theoretical guidance and experience for giving full play to the role of science and technology investment driving regional innova-tion and development.
