Research on Social Organization Collaborative Participation in Rural Youth Science and Technology Innovation Education Based on SFIC Model
Technological innovation education for rural youth is an essential part of rural education revitalization and talent cultivation.Fully leveraging the role and advantages of social organizations in rural youth technological innovation education is of great significance for improving the effectiveness,accuracy,and creativity of education supply.From the perspective of collaborative governance theory and with the SFIC collaborative governance model as a reference,this paper summarized the typical case of the"Tech Kids"public welfare project in Hebei Province,explored its mechanism of action,and combined the practical difficulties of social organizations participating in rural youth science and technology innovation education from the perspectives of environmental cultivation,subject construc-tion,relationship cooperation,institutional construction,and so on.The implementation path of so-cial organization collaborative participation in rural youth science and technology innovation education is proposed in terms of mechanism guarantee,which has important theoretical and practical value for further promoting rural youth science and technology innovation education,and even promoting rural revitalization practice.
