The construction of digital countryside is a strategic direction to realize rural revitalization,and an important measure to promote the modernization of rural governance system and governance capacity.As a new paradigm and trend of rural digital governance in the new era,the overall smart governance of rural areas provides practical guidance and target selection for the construction of digital villages.The whole smart gov-ernance of digital countryside emphasizes the whole smart governance model to promote the transformation of rural governance mode,governance subject and governance process.At present,there are still some problems such as weak digital foundation,weak digital service supply ability,lack of digital talents,and imperfect secu-rity policy system in Zhejiang rural intelligent governance.It is necessary to improve the level of rural digital infrastructure construction,build a strong team of high-quality digital talents,optimize the supply of digital services,and build a long-term overall rural intelligent governance supporting mechanism to promote the over-all optimization and upgrading of digital rural construction.
