In the new ear,led by the"red"footprint and inspired by the"red"sentiment of Presi-dent Xi Jinping,red cultural resources have received widespread attention and support from society,and a wave of learning from red family letters has emerged nationwide.Scholars have also invested more energy in conducting in-depth exploration and research on red family letters.After a period of sedimentation,the advanced research trends in academia mainly focus on three aspects:the definition of the concept of red family letters,the educational value of red family letters,and the inheritance of red family letters.However,there are still shortcomings in existing research,which are reflected in the emphasis on collection over research;The quantity of research results is insufficient,and the qual-ity of research results needs to be further improved;Academic rationality is inadequate and research perspective is unitary.In response to this situation,future research should comprehensively and deep-ly understand and explore the value of red family letters,and pay attention to conducting research on the inheritance path of red family letters from multiple disciplines and dimensions.
