摘要
伴随社会信息化的高速发展,以大数据、区块链、人工智能、元宇宙等为代表的数智技术迭代升级,其嵌入经济社会发展的程度不断提升,逐渐推动人类社会迈入"万物皆数、智能互联"的数智时代.当前,数智技术已然成为影响我国网络文化治理效能的重要变量,数智时代逐渐成为形塑我国网络文化治理的崭新境遇.一方面,数智时代为更新我国网络文化治理思维、丰富治理手段、提升治理效能、改善治理水平等方面提供新机遇.另一方面,数智时代我国网络文化治理还面临技术制霸侵蚀治理理念、资本逻辑加剧治理难度、数智陷阱削弱平等属性、数智极化阻碍有效传播等新挑战.这就需要通过坚持基本原则、提高主体能力、优化内容供给、引导技术善用等探寻数智时代提升我国网络文化治理效能的优化路径.
Abstract
With the rapid development of social informatization,the continuous improvement in embedding digital intelligence technologies such as big data,blockchain,artificial intelligence,and meta-verse into economic and social development has gradually propelled human society into the era of digital intelligence where"everything is quantifiable and intelligently interconnected".Currently,dig-ital intelligence technology has become a crucial factor influencing the efficacy of China's network cul-ture governance,while also shaping a new landscape for China's network culture governance.On the one hand,the era of digital intelligence presents novel opportunities to update our thinking on net-work culture governance,enrich governance strategies,enhance efficiency in governance practices,and elevate levels of governance.On the other hand,within this era of digital intelligence,China's network culture governance faces fresh challenges including erosion of governing concepts due to tech-nological dominance;exacerbation of governing difficulties caused by capital logic;weakening equality through digital intelligence traps;and obstruction to effective communication due to polarization caused by digital intelligence.Therefore,it is imperative to explore optimization pathways that im-prove Internet culture governance efficiency in the era of digital intelligence by adhering to fundamen-tal principles,enhancing capabilities among key stakeholders,optimizing content delivery and guiding technology towards beneficial utilization.
