The survival and development of scientific and technological journals cannot be separated from stable and high-level authors.How to stabilize and strengthen the author team,and attract more authors to continuously and stably submit high-quality manuscripts is an important issue that needs to be faced in the editing and publishing work of scientific and technological journals.When authors se-lect a journal to submit to,in addition to considering the influence of the journal,the availability of editorial services throughout the entire publishing process is also an important consideration for the authors.Scientific and technological journal editors need to enhance their service awareness and do a good job of serving authors from various details.Based on the editing and publishing process of scien-tific and technological journals,this article specifically discusses how editors can better provide high-quality services to authors from the four stages of receiving,reviewing,returning,and publishing process,in order to stabilize and strengthen the author team,prevent the loss of high-quality manu-scripts in the journal,ensure the source of manuscripts in scientific and technological journals,and provide reference for building a harmonious relationship between editors and authors.
