汽车空调管道噪声特性分析及优化

随着新能源汽车的发展,汽车空调噪声问题日益凸显.为探究空调管道噪声来源及声场分布特性影响因素,采用数值模拟方法对空调管道内流场及外声场进行分析.讨论了空调管道不同噪声源的分布特性及对总噪声的贡献,在此基础上对原空调管道进行了结构优化,并对比优化前后的流量分配及外场噪声水平.结果表明,合理改进管道过渡曲率及结构凸起有利于提升各管道流量分配均匀性,降低管道噪声水平.该研究结果可为空调管道设计优化提供一定参考和指导.
Analysis and Optimization of Automotive HVAC Duct Noise Characteristics
With the development of new energy vehicles,the problem of automobile HVAC(Heating Ven-tilation and Air Conditioning)noise in automobiles is becoming increasingly prominent.In order to investigate the sources of HVAC duct noise and the factors influencing the distribution characteristics of the sound field,numerical simulation methods were used to analyze the internal flow field and external sound field of the HVAC duct.The distribution characteristics of different noise sources in the HVAC duct and the contribution to the to-tal noise were discussed.On this basis,the original HVAC duct was structurally optimized,and the flow distri-bution and external noise level before and after optimization were compared.The results show that the reasona-ble improvement of duct transition curvature and structural projection is beneficial to enhance the uniformity of flow distribution of each duct and reduce the duct noise level.The results of this study can provide a certain ref-erence and guidance for the design optimization of HVAC ducts.
