Influence of Oil Injection on Exhaust Temperature and Power of Two-stage Screw Air Compressor
A simulation and analysis were conducted on the influence of the number,the location and the amount of injection on the performance of a two-stage screw air compressor.Four sets of simulation schemes were proposed,namely:comparative study of one injection hole and two injection holes,com-parative study of two injection holes and different oil-injection ratios,comparative analysis of the loca-tion of the secondary compression injection hole in the interstage flow channel and in the secondary com-pression cavity,the fixed oil-injection amount of primary compression and the influence of different oil injection amounts of secondary compression.Based on the simulation results and comparative analysis of four situations,the influence law of oil injection on the exhaust temperature and power of the two-stage screw air compressor was obtained,and the optimal oil injection parameter setting was found.The re-search results have guiding significance for the setting of the number and location of the injection holes and the distribution ratio of the injection volume in the two-stage screw air compressor.
