结合预应力槽型梁步履式顶推施工实例,采用有限元软件对槽型梁进行顶推施工仿真计算分析,根据计算结果,在导梁、槽型梁不利位置上布设相应的变形、应力监控截面来进行顶推过程实时监测.通过现场实测与理论计算对比分析,整个顶推过程中导梁、主梁的实测变形与应力与理论计算趋势一致,会存在顶升力、顶升位移、现场环境温度等因素导致实测与理论偏差现象,总体来说结构变形在顶推施工容许变形范围内,应力均未超材料容许限值,整个顶推处于有效监控中.
Combined with the example of walking incremental launching construction of prestressed groove beam,the finite element software is used to simulate and analyze the incremental launching construction of groove beam.According to the calculation results,the corresponding deformation and stress monitoring sections are arranged at the unfavorable positions of guide beam and trough beam to monitor the incremental launching process in real time.Through the comparative analysis of field measurement and theoretical calculation,the measured deformation and stress of the guide beam and the main beam during the whole jacking process are consistent with the theoretical calculation trend.There will be factors such as jacking force,jacking displacement,and on-site ambient temperature that cause the measured and theoretical deviations.In general,the structural deformation is within the allowable deformation range of the jacking construction,and the stress does not exceed the allowable limit of the material,and the entire jacking is in effective monitoring.
