台州飞龙高闸地块项目地下室防水施工工艺

摘要
建筑物地下室防水抗渗施工技术是保证建筑物使用功能、安全性和耐久性的一项重要工作.本文以台州飞龙高闸地块项目地下室防水施工项目为依托,根据该地下室防水设计等级,采用混凝土刚性防水层+卷材柔性防水层的两道设防.针对这两道设防,详细介绍了地下室各部位结构的防水施工做法以及注意事项,并总结了防水工程中的质量控制技术措施.采用该防水施工工艺极大的提高地下室防水性能,有效保证地下室防水质量.
Abstract
Waterproof and impermeability construction technology of building basement is an important work to ensure the functionality,safety and durability of buildings.This paper is based on the basement waterproofing construction project of Taizhou Feilong Gao Zha Block Project.According to the waterproofing design grade of the basement,two fortifications of concrete rigid waterproofing layer and flexible waterproofing layer are adopted.In view of these two layers,the waterproof construction practices and precautions of each part of the basement structure are introduced in detail,and the quality control technical measures in the waterproof project are summarized.The waterproof construction technology greatly improves the waterproof performance of the basement and effectively guarantees the waterproof quality of the basement.
