摘要
近年来我国铁路建设市场不断在扩大,铁路项目建设的步伐也在不断加快,铁路系统内部各个施工企业之间的竞争也越发激烈.参加铁路建设工程项目招投标是铁路工程施工企业获得铁路工程项目参建权的主要渠道,因此看来施工企业投标文件的编制质量显得更加重要.在招投标过程中,项目投标文件的编制需要注意的事项众多,投标商务文件编制也很容易出现废标,对企业中标造成极大影响,对企业发展也造成重大损失.本文就铁路工程项目投标商务文件的编制和需要关注的易错点进行分分析.
Abstract
In recent years,the railway construction market in China has been continuously expanding,and the pace of railway project construction has also been accelerating.The competition among various construction enterprises within the railway system has become increasingly fierce.Participating in the bidding for railway construction projects is the main channel for railway construction enterprises to obtain the right to participate in railway construction projects.Therefore,the quality of the preparation of bidding documents for construction enterprises is of great importance.There are many things to pay attention to in the preparation of project bidding documents during the bidding process.The preparation of bidding business documents can easily lead to bid abandonment,which will have a great impact on winning the bid and also cause significant losses to the development of the enterprise.This article analyzes the preparation of commercial bidding documents for railway engineering projects and the potential errors that need to be addressed.
