摘要
超高层商业综合体穿插施工专业繁多,工艺复杂,常有多种不同因素相互影响,影响整体的穿插施工进度;而传统的进度管理分析方法少有考虑到施工中遇到多种工序同时施工、返工等问题.本文以疆一华庭项目为例,通过文献分析和结合工程项目实际经验,构建超高层商业综合体穿插施工进度影响指标,利用系统动力学方法,建立超高层商业综合体穿插施工进度分析模型,对不同因素下施工进度效率进行仿真分析.结果表明,施工过程对穿插施工影响较大,管理者们应当控制不同工序的进场施工时间,合理安排穿插时间.
Abstract
The interlacing construction of super high-rise commercial complexes has many specialties and complex processes,and there are often many different factors that affect the overall construction processes.However,traditional schedule management analysis methods seldom take into account the problems of simultaneous construction and reworking of multiple processes encountered in construction.This article takes the Jiangyi Huating project as an example,and through literature analysis and combined with practical engineering project experience,constructs an impact index on the construction progress of ultra-high rise commercial complexes.Using the system dynamics method,a construction progress analysis model for ultra-high rise commercial complexes is established,and the construction schedule efficiency under different factors is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the construction process has a significant impact on interlacing construction,and managers should control the entry construction time of different processes and arrange the interlacing time reasonably.
