摘要
职业教育作为一种跨界教育,是一种学校与企业双主体合作育人的教育形式.轨道交通行业因为管理体制与治理方式的特殊性,校企在"双元"育人的动力机制、课程体系构建机制以及人才培养质量评价体系等方面存在着问题.在产教融合背景下,通过推动轨道交通行业校企"双元"育人动力机制的有效运行、完善课程体系构建机制以及构建科学的人才培养质量评价体系等措施,创新轨道交通行业校企"双元"育人路径,提升轨道交通专业人才培养质量.
Abstract
Vocational education as a cross-boundary education,it's a form of education in which schools and enterprises cooperate with each other.Rail transit industry because of the particularity of management system and governance mode,There are some problems between schools and enterprises such as the dynamic mechanism of"dual"education,the Curriculum system construction mechanism,,the talent training quality evaluation system.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,By promoting the effective operation of the school-enterprise"dual"education power mechanism of rail transit industry,improve the curriculum system construction mechanism,,and establish a scientific talent training quality evaluation system,it can innovate the school-enterprise"dual"education path of rail transit industry,improve the quality of training rail transit professionals.
