摘要
人民群众对国家教育的向往发生了时代性变化,从"有学上"转变为想要"上好学",迫切需要更加公平、质量更高的教育.教师是培养德智体美劳全面发展的社会主义建设者和接班人的中坚力量,高素质教师队伍是促进教育高质量发展、实现教育现代化、迈入教育强国的关键力量和战略支撑.通过分析教师队伍建设方面存在的普遍问题,研究深化教师队伍建设改革的建议举措.
Abstract
The people's yearning for national education has undergone a historic change,shifting from"having access to education"to wanting to"have access to good education".There is an urgent need for more fair and higher quality education.Teachers are the backbone of cultivating socialist builders and successors with comprehensive development in morality,intelligence,physical fitness,aesthetics,and labor skills.A high-quality teacher team is the key force and strategic support for promoting high-quality education development,achieving modernization of education,and entering a strong education country.By analyzing the common problems in the construction of the teacher team,the article researches and proposes measures to deepen the reform of teacher team construction.
