Scientific and technological innovation is a necessary path for enterprises to achieve modernization of quality and efficiency,and scientific and technological talents are the primary resource of scientific and technological innovation.Large state-owned construction enterprises should establish incentive mechanisms for scientific and technological innovation talents that are in line with the actual situation of enterprises to stimulate its innovation momentum.By analyzing the current situation,this paper points out the key problems facing the technological innovation of large state-owned construction enterprises.By comprehensively using text mining and Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,the influencing factors of technological innovation talent motivation are identified from four dimensions:physiological security needs,social needs,respect needs and self-actualization needs.Oriented by problems and factors,the incentive mechanism of scientific and technological innovation talents in large state-owned construction enterprises is constructed from four aspects:salary incentive,cultural incentive,organizational incentive and growth incentive,so as to provide reference for solving the loss of scientific and technological talents in enterprises and implementing the strategy of"talent strong enterprise".
