高职院校劳动教育的困惑及实践——以培育学生职业认同为视角

摘要
高职学生的劳动教育质量不仅关系到自身职业发展,更关系到新时代行业产业和经济社会的发展.劳动教育的依附性取向、技术性偏向、功利性倾向等问题严重影响了其在高等职业教育中发挥价值引导功能.职业认同培育和劳动教育在教育内容、教育方式和教育功能等方面有着天然内在联系,深度融合劳动教育与职业认同培育可以实现"1+1>2"的教育效果.基于培育学生职业认同的视角,探索高职院校劳动教育新模式,形成了"健全劳动教育课程体系+强化劳动价值观教育+构建劳动育人长效机制"的实践理路.
Abstract
The quality of labor education for vocational college students is not only related to their own career development,but also to the development of industries,economy and society in the new era.The attachment orientation,technical orientation,and utilitarian orientation of labor education seriously affect its value guidance function in higher vocational education.There is a natural inherent connection between vocational identity cultivation and labor education in terms of educational content,methods,and functions.Deep integration of labor education and vocational identity cultivation can achieve an educational effect of"1+1>2".Based on the perspective of cultivating students'professional identity,exploring new models of labor education in vocational colleges has formed a practical approach of"improving the labor education curriculum system,strengthening labor value education,and constructing a long-term mechanism for labor education".
