高职院校扩招人才培养模式研究——基于工程侧量专业

2019年,李克强总理在政府工作报告中提出连续三年高职教育扩招 100 万人,这给职业教育带来了新的挑战.传统的教学模式、课程体系和评价考核方式是否适合扩招带来的学生,通过政策解读,分析扩招学生的特点,基于工程测量专业,制定新的人才培养模式,结合专业特点设置模块化课程体系,采用"线上线下学习+企业实践"的教学模式,考核评价采用灵活多变的模式,使人才培养更加灵活高效.
In 2019,Premier Li Keqiang proposed in the government work report to expand the enrollment number of vocational education by 1 million for three consecutive years,which has brought new challenges to vocational education.For example,whether the traditional teaching mode,curriculum system,and evaluation and assessment methods are suitable for the students brought about by the expansion of enrollment.Through policy interpretation and analysis of the characteristics of the expansion of enrollment students,based on the engineering measurement major,a new talent cultivation mode is formulated,and a modular curriculum system is set up in combination with the professional characteristics.The teaching mode of"online and offline learning+enterprise practice"is adopted,and the assessment and evaluation adopt a flexible and varied mode,making talent cultivation more flexible and efficient.
