摘要
高性能混凝土一般通过双掺或多掺矿物掺合料以及高效减水剂的技术手段实现,但是想达到理想效果,需要严控混凝土生产各个环节,通过精细化管控,才能实现真正意义上的高性能.通过列举现场遇到高性能混凝土施工中常见的外观质量通病,结合工程实际和现场条件详细分析其产生原因,根据施工经验和相关研究成果提出针对性的预防措施,可为工程技术人员提供参考和经验借鉴.
Abstract
Achieving ideal results with HPC typically involves using double or multiple admixture of mineral admixtures and high efficiency water reducing agent.However,in order to achieve the desired effect,it is necessary to strictly control all stages of concrete production.By listing the common appearance quality problems encountered in the construction of HPC,the causes are analyzed in detail according to the engineering practice and site conditions,specific preventive measures are put forward,which can provide reference and experience for engineers and technicians.
