摘要

本文对红莲大桥主塔液压爬模施工技术要点进行分析,主塔塔柱分为31个节段,每段浇筑高度不超过6m.索塔结构分为三个典型断面:下塔柱施工节段、下横梁施工节段和上塔柱及上横梁施工节段.详细介绍不同节段的模板配置和改装要求.同时,介绍塔柱起始段施工的注意事项及液压爬升机构的安全防护系统和防护措施.施工经验可为类似工程的施工提供参考.

Abstract

This article analyzes the key points of hydraulic climbing formwork construction technology for the main tower of Honglian Bridge.The main tower columns are divided into 31 sections,and each section is poured with a height not exceeding 6 meters.The cable tower structure is divided into three typical sections:the lower tower column construction section,the lower crossbeam construction section,and the upper tower column and upper crossbeam construction section.Detailed introduction of template configuration and modification requirements for different segments.At the same time,the precautions for the construction of the starting section of the tower column and the safety protection system and measures of the hydraulic climbing mechanism were introduced.The construction experience in this article can provide reference for the construction of similar projects.
