摘要
自密实混凝土具有高流动性、不离析、均匀性和稳定性的施工特点,浇筑时依靠其自重流动,无需振捣而达到密实.自密实混凝土填充层施工过程中,常因混凝土性能无法达到施工要求形成泡沫层、离缝等质量问题,导致工程返工,造成成本浪费.本文针对高速铁路无砟轨道CRTS Ⅲ型板调平层自密实混凝土准备及施工过程中遇到的问题对原材料的准备、检测方法及指标和施工过程中需注意的事项进行详细阐述,为无砟轨道施工提供技术经验借鉴.
Abstract
Self-compacting concrete has the construction characteristics of high fluidity,no segregation,uniformity and stability.During pouring,it relies on its own weight flow to achieve compaction without the need for vibration.In the process of self-compacting concrete filling layer construction,the quality problems such as foam layer and seam separation are often formed because the concrete performance cannot meet the construction requirements,resulting in engineering rework and cost waste.This article provides a detailed explanation of the preparation of raw materials,testing methods,indicators,and precautions to be taken during the construction process of self compacting concrete for CRTS Ⅲ type slab leveling layer on high-speed railway ballastless tracks.The aim is to provide technical experience and reference for the construction of ballastless track
