摘要

轨道交通工程混凝土结构养护期间,通常采用人工洒水来满足混凝土在养护期间对所处环境湿度的需求,使混凝土逐渐硬化以及增长强度.然而由于该类房屋体量较小,数量大,高度分散,在混凝土养护期间,人工洒水管理难度大,容易造成判断误差,当所处环境的湿度无法满足混凝土对所处环境湿度的需求时,无法确保洒水及时性,洒水用水量也难以控制,而且工作效率很低.混凝土结构的智能养护方法以及智能养护系统,通过智能化控制喷湿管路是否开启,解决了人工难以按时对混凝土结构进行喷水的问题,不仅可满足混凝土结构在养护期间所需环境的湿度,而且有利于节约人工投入,进而降低成本.

Abstract

During the maintenance period of concrete structures in rail transit engineering,manual watering is usually used to meet the humidity requirements of the environment during the maintenance period,gradually hardening and increasing the strength of the concrete.However,due to the small size,large quantity,and highly dispersed nature of such buildings,it is difficult to manage manual watering during concrete curing,which can easily lead to judgment errors.When the humidity of the environment cannot meet the humidity requirements of the concrete,timely watering cannot be guaranteed,the amount of water used for watering is difficult to control,and the work efficiency is very low.The intelligent maintenance method and intelligent maintenance system for concrete structures solve the problem of manual difficulty in timely spraying water on concrete structures by intelligently controlling whether the spraying pipeline is open.This not only meets the humidity requirements of the environment for concrete structures during maintenance,but also helps to save labor investment and reduce costs.
