在役客运专线常见跨径简支箱梁运营性能试验研究

Experimental study on operation performance of common span simply box girders of passenger dedicated line

为评价客运专线在役常见跨径简支箱梁在正常运营条件下的安全性和适用性,选择31.5m跨径简支箱梁为对象,研究简支箱梁动力响应.研究结果表明:时速250km/h及以下动车组作用下,在役31.5 m跨径简支箱梁跨中横向振幅、横向加速度在箱梁不同部位的振型一致,箱梁顶面位置与梁内底板位置处跨中横向振幅大小基本一致,竖向振幅略大.但各项运营性能参数均满足《高速铁路桥梁运营性能检定规定(试行》的相关要求.
In order to evaluate the safety and applicability of common span simply box girders in service of passenger dedicated lines under normal operating conditions,a passenger dedicated line that has been in operation for 14 years is taken as the research object,and 2-hole 23.5 m span and 4-hole 31.5 m span simply box girders are selected.Based on the field test method,the research on the inspection and evaluation technology of bridge operation performance under the action of normal operation train is carried out.The results show that under the action of EMUs with a speed of 250 km/h and below,the transverse amplitude,transverse acceleration,vertical amplitude and vertical acceleration of the simply box girders with spans of 23.5 m and 31.5 m in service are consistent in the vibration modes of different parts of the box girder.The transverse amplitude of the mid-span at the top of the box girder is basically the same as that at the bottom plate of the beam.And the vertical amplitude is slightly larger and the vertical acceleration is larger.The transverse amplitude and vertical amplitude of the 31.5m span simply box girders are greater than those of the 23.5m span simply box girders,and the vertical acceleration is less than that of the 23.5m span simply box girders.However,all the operating performance parameters meet the relevant requirements of the"Regulations on the Operation Performance Verification of High-speed Railway Bridges(Trial)".
