摘要
随着市场竞争的日益激烈,国有企业作为我国经济发展的重要支柱,同时国有企业在人才引进、培养和留用方面面临着前所未有的压力.随着全球经济和科学技术的不断发展,特别是知识经济的发展,企业要不断提升自身管理的专业化和技术化水平.人才作为二十一世纪最重要的生产力,国有企业在竞争激烈的市场环境中保持人才的稳定流动,是提高国有企业综合竞争力的重要手段.本文阐述了市场竞争环境下国有企业人才管理激励的重要性,分析了市场竞争环境下国有企业人才管理激励机制的优化策略,旨在为国有企业吸引和留住优秀人才,提升企业的综合竞争力提供建设性意见.
Abstract
With the increasingly fierce market competition,state-owned enterprises,as an important pillar of China's economic development,are facing unprecedented pressure in talent introduction,training,and retention.With the continuous development of the global economy and science and technology,especially the development of the knowledge economy,enterprises need to continuously improve their professional and technological level of management.Talents are the most important productive force of the 21st century,and maintaining stable flow of talents in a fiercely competitive market environment is crucial in improving the comprehensive competitiveness of state-owned enterprises.This article elaborates on the importance of talent management incentives in state-owned enterprises in the market competition environment,analyzes the optimization strategies of talent management incentive mechanisms in state-owned enterprises in the market competition environment,and aims to provide constructive suggestions for state-owned enterprises to attract and retain excellent talents,and enhance their comprehensive competitiveness.
