云南丘砚高速3标的赵凹塘隧道,其基岩主要是灰岩,特征为中度风化、微晶质结构、厚层和大块构造;其岩石质地良好,岩溶景象突出,围岩等级为Ⅲ~Ⅳ级.为保障施工安全和保持基岩稳定,选定了聚能水压光面爆破技术,利用水的不可压缩特性,将爆破能量无损转移,围岩爆破形成的"水楔"作用进一步破碎围岩,还可防止岩爆.该技术成功解决隧道挖掘过程中围岩扰动、超挖、补炮次数多,爆破后尘埃浓度高、隧道内空气差等问题,为以后复杂环境中的隧道挖掘提供了重要的参考.
The Zhao'aotang Tunnel in Section 3 of Yunnan Qiuyan Expressway is mainly composed of limestone,characterized by moderate weathering,microcrystalline structure,thick layers,and large block structures;The rock quality is good,the karst landscape is prominent,and the surrounding rock grade is Ⅲ-IV.In order to ensure construction safety and maintain the stability of the bedrock,the energy gathering water pressure smooth blasting technology has been selected.By utilizing the incompressible characteristics of water,the blasting energy is transferred without damage,and the"water wedge"effect formed by the surrounding rock blasting further breaks the surrounding rock,which can also prevent rock blasting.This technology successfully solves the problems of surrounding rock disturbance,over excavation,frequent supplementary blasting,high dust concentration after blasting,and poor air quality inside the tunnel during excavation,providing important reference for tunnel excavation in complex environments in the future.
