穿越富水破碎带隧道开挖变形监测及控制技术

Deformation Monitoring and Control of Tunnel Excavation Through Water-Rich Fracture Zone

针对某公路隧道穿越富水破碎带的工程实际,利用abaqus软件采用数值模拟方法,构建了隧道与富水破碎带的三维模型,模拟了注浆前后围岩的变形行为,包括拱顶沉降、拱底隆起及拱腰水平位移等.为了验证注浆对围岩变形控制的有效性,通过现场监测数据与数值模拟结果进行了对比.结果表明,注浆处理显著减少了围岩的水平和竖向位移,使围岩变形更加缓和,有效提升了围岩的稳定性.
Aiming at the engineering practice of a tunnel crossing the water-rich fracture zone,a three-dimensional model of the tunnel and the water-rich fracture zone was constructed by using abaqus software and numerical simulation method.The deformation behavior of the surrounding rock before and after grouting was simulated,including the settlement of the vault,the uplift of the arch bottom and the horizontal displacement of the arch waist.In order to verify the effectiveness of grouting on the deformation control of surrounding rock,the field monitoring data and numerical simulation results are compared.The results show that the grouting treatment significantly reduces the horizontal and vertical displacements of the surrounding rock,makes the deformation of the surrounding rock more moderate,and effectively improves the stability of the surrounding rock.
