大跨连续刚构桥悬臂浇筑施工监控及关键技术

大跨度连续刚构桥常采用挂篮悬臂浇筑施工.为使成桥后桥梁线形及内力满足设计要求,需在施工过程中做好施工监控.以公路(70+130+70)m预应力混凝土连续刚构桥为研究对象,采用Midas/civil软件建立桥梁计算模型,分析了不同顶推力对墩顶位移及桥墩应力的影响.并选取混凝土容重、弹性模量及钢束预应力损失作为计算参数,分析了参数变化对成桥线形及内力的影响.现场对桥梁进行线形及应力监测,实测结果与理论计算值较为吻合.
Long span continuous rigid frame bridges are often constructed using hanging basket.In order to meet the design shape and internal force of the bridge after completion,it is necessary to monitor during the construction process.Taking the prestressed concrete continuous rigid frame bridge of highway(70+130+70)m as the research object,a bridge calculation model was established using Midas/civil software,and the influence of different jacking forces on the displacement and stress of the bridge pier was analyzed.Selecting concrete density,elastic modulus,and steel tendon pre-stress loss as calculation parameters,the influence of parameter changes on the bridge alignment and internal force was analyzed.The alignment and stress monitoring of the bridge were carried out,and the measured results were in good agreement with the theoretical calculation values.
