对于周边环境复杂的城市地铁施工,为确保车站及周边环境安全,暗挖车站施工方法的选择尤为重要.在北京地铁19号线金融街站建设过程中,提出洞桩法施工方案.结合洞桩法实际应用情况,对其工序流程和二衬台车设计作简介,并基于有限元方法对混凝土浇筑过程中模板支架安全性作验算,计算结果表明,组合支架各杆件内力、强度均在允许范围内,杆件稳定性及预埋件锚固强度满足要求.金融街站的顺利实施验证方法的可行性,可为同类工程提供参考和借鉴,具有较高的工程应用价值.
For urban subways with complex surrounding environments,the selection of construction methods for underground excavation stations is particularly important to ensure the safety of the station and surrounding environment.During the construction of the Financial Street Station of Beijing Metro Line 19,a construction scheme of PBA method was proposed.Combined with the actual application of PBA method,the process flow and the design of the secondary lining trolley are briefly introduced.Based on the finite element method,the safety of the formwork support during the concrete pouring process is checked.The calculation results show that the internal force and strength of each member of the combined support are within the allowable range,and the stability of the member and the anchoring strength of the embedded parts meet the requirements.The smooth implementation of the Financial Street Station has verified the feasibility of this method,which can provide reference for similar projects,and has high engineering application value.
