摘要

吊杆体是HXD3C型电力机车连接轴箱与车架的零部件,42CrMo材质,采用锻压模具成型工艺,强度高,机械性能好.杆体两端两个连接孔的尺寸精度和形位精度,是吊杆体抗拉强度、抗弯强度和使用寿命的保证.本文对HXD3C型电力机车吊杆体划线工艺进行优化和创新,并对划线创新操作法和加工工艺技术要点进行详解.

Abstract

The suspension rod body is a component of the HXD3C electric locomotive that connects the axle box and the frame,42CrMo material,adopting forging die forming process,high strength,good mechanical performance,the dimensional accuracy and positional accuracy of the two connecting holes at both ends of the rod body,it guarantess the tensile strength bending strength,and service life of the suspension rod body,this article optimizes and innovates the marking process for the suspension rod body of the HXD3C electric locomotive,and provide a detailed explanation of the innovative marking operation method and procesding technology design.
