Hydraulic systems,widely used as power sources in various equipment,have a high failure rate in components such as hydraulic valves and hydraulic cylinders.Verifying the performance of these hydraulic components after repair has been a challenge for frontline maintenance personnel.The design and development of a hydraulic component test bench can significantly improve maintenance efficiency.This paper introduces the design,fabrication,and application of the hydraulic component test bench,detailing its principles and methods of application.
