Based on the feasibility study of highway engineering,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation index system for the feasibility of highway construction plan by using Delphi method,based on the BP neural network algorithm,the feasibility evaluation model of highway construction scheme was established,and an empirical analysis was carried out on the scheme of the reconstruction project around the city of Wuji County on the National Highway G338,the feasibility of the Comprehensive Evaluation Index system and the practicability of the comprehensive evaluation model are verified,which is helpful to the overall objective and fair evaluation of the highway construction program.
