The cultivation of high-quality farmer talents is a fundamental strategic project for building a new agricultural production and operation system,a fundamental solution to the problem of increasing farmers'income,and a core element in promoting the development of modern agriculture and enhancing agricultural competitiveness.However,the overall quality of farmers in China still faces deficiencies,such as a lack of professional skills and innovative consciousness,which hinders their ability to meet the development needs of modem agriculture.Based on this,by drawing on the experience of managing the mismatch of skills among farmers in other countries,measures such as optimizing the education system and agricultural skills training,adjusting the agricultural industry structure,strengthening public sector publicity and guidance,fully leveraging the demonstration and driving role of agricultural science and technology demonstration parks,improving the system of farmer cooperative organizations,and effectively integrating agricultural talent training resources are proposed,which are of great significance for promoting agricultural modernization and advancing the strategy of rural revitalization.
