This paper addresses the issues of drainage pipeline blockages,high maintenance costs,and the impact on production efficiency in concrete mixers during the production process.It provides an in-depth optimization design and performance analysis.By analyzing data from various manufacturers,the paper proposes an optimized pipeline shape based on fluid dynamics principles.A combined approach of numerical simulation and experimental verification was employed to evaluate the water flow velocity,pressure distribution,and blockage conditions before and after optimization.The results show that the optimized drainage pipeline significantly improved drainage efficiency,reduced the risk of blockages,and lowered maintenance costs.This optimization is beneficial for enhancing the overall operational efficiency of concrete batching plants.
