对玻璃粉的化学成分、颗粒粒径、XRD图谱、颗粒形貌等特性进行分析,并通过综述的形式,对其在路基、路面、桥梁等工程材料中的应用进展分别作介绍.研究表明,玻璃粉中含有大量的无定型SiO2,具有潜在的火山灰性.在路基材料中使用时,可以显著提高土壤的抗渗性和抗压强度,减少路基的渗水和变形;在路面材料中使用时,具有显著的环境效益和防腐性能;作为复合材料在桥梁工程中使用时,有助于减轻桥梁结构自重,提高承载效率,增加耐久性.
This article analyzes the chemical composition,particle size,XRD patterns,and particle morphology of glass powder,and introduces its application progress in engineering materials such as roadbeds,pavements,and bridges through a comprehensive review.Research reveals that glass powder contains a large amount of amorphous SiO2,exhibiting potential pozzolanic properties.When used in roadbed materials,it significantly enhances soil impermeability and compressive strength,reducing the seepage and deformation of the roadbed.Road materials offer notable environmental benefits and corrosion resistance.As a composite material in bridge engineering,it helps reduce the self-weight of the bridge structure,improve load-bearing efficiency,and increase durability.
